In Depth Process of Davao Light & Power Company Project (Part 2)

In the year 2023 we started (ongoing) one of our biggest project successfully with Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC); Making of NEMA1, NEMA3R and NEMA4X Freestanding Electrical Panels.

This is the second part of the in depth process of how Am-Pro Industrial got to successfully deliver the project.

Testing The Electrical Boxes Before Delivery To Davao Light 

When we test the panels, we do leak testing on the panel so that we can make sure that no water can enter the panel box. Before we turn it over to the client, it will go through a quality check where a checking test will be performed and inspection is our quality control and he will read the check list and measure the busbars to see if they are compatible with the amperage of the breaker and continuity checking if it is a shortage and measure the box if it is the same as requirement or shop drawing approved by the client.

The Feedback From Davao Light After Using These Electrical Boxes

They were happy with what was done on the panel because they approved all their requirements and matched the requirements. The Panel Boxes all passed the testing, leak tests and all their requirements of the panel boards made by Ampro.
